Shipping policy

Custom Lightsabers are ready for shipment and are send within 3 business days.

All orders are processed within 3-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays or big events like blackfriday/christmas etc.) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Most sabers are made to order.

Average shipping times are 2-7 days, depending on your location in the world.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

Occasionally, shipping may take longer if the carrier encounters issues delivering your package. Please note that Galactic Saber Store is not responsible for such delays. If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, reach out to us at Info@galacticsaberstore.com with your name and order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Info@galacticsaberstore.com with your order number and a photo + video of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Galactic Saber Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Failure to comply with import duties at customs could result in additional expenses, such as return fees or storage costs. Galactic Saber Store disclaims any responsibility for these charges.

Non-cooperation with customs also forfeits any eligibility for refunds.
