Quality is absolutely perfect Revan himself would be pleased, by far my favourite and most cherished Lightsaber I own, my first lightsaber was from SaberForce Australia and there quality was amateur and not good so I found these guys and it is absolutely perfect. When I received my saber, I took it out and immediately started charging it, though it took a moment to find the port. The saber itself looked exquisite. After a couple hours of charging, I decided to turn it on. Oddly, it didn't work. I figured it needed to charge longer, so I did that. When it still gave me trouble, I sent a message to the owner, explaining the situation. He asked me to send a video, then came back and asked if I had turned on the kill switch. After some issues and msgs back and forth, I found the kill switch and it works like a dream. Suffice it to say, for some reason my saber arrived with no manual. He promised to get me one soon, and would be talking with his staff to ensure no one else will have to deal with this situation. Apart from the saber being excellent, customer service I experienced was best.

Really superb saber and consistent with the descriptions, you would think it comes directly from the films. Comes with acrylic holder and blade cap as well as fivers tools. I put 2 stars for the delivery which was long but this does not come from the seller but from the French postal services. Nothing to say about the seller's customer service who kept me informed of the tracking of the package.
